All ticket sales and sponsorship purchases for the GHL Assembly event are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies. Please be certain of your availability before securing your ticket or sponsorship.

The only exception to this policy is if the GHL Assembly event is officially cancelled in its entirety by the organizers. In that case, all affected parties will receive a full refund to their original form of payment.
